I've been looking for a knowledgeable plumber with fair prices for years. It is hard to find someone I can trust both in terms of prices, and in being capable of the plumbing challenges I throw at them. My previous plumber was good, but the plumbers in that company were under pressure from management to charge as much as they could get away with, taking advantage of situations that were urgent. I think I've finally found a company I can trust, in Jim Wagner Plumbing. Christopher was very knowledgeable and seemed excited (not intimidated) about the complex system I have in my home. He had me laughing the whole time he was here. He did an awesome job and I felt the price he charged was very fair for the quality of his work (which was spot-on). He also went over and beyond in explaining the reasons for his recommendations, which were different from what I expected.

Jim Wagner plumbing answered my call right away and had someone out the next day. Dan came on time to look at my problem, a clogged kitchen sink, and gave me flat rate fees for what may be or may not be needed. He got it rotted out in under an hour and cleaned up the area. They are professional and I appreciated the upfront pricing with no surprises. The pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
