Really happy with Jim Wagner Plumbing and especially Jason who fixed my problem. We were promised by another company all day long then admitted they were overbooked and wouldn’t make it. So we called JWP and got a call immediately from Jason he was working another job but could be over in an hour or so. He called again to let me know he was on his way and because it was foggy, raining, late (9:40PM). I stood out on the front porch with a flashlight so he could find our house. Jason saved my day fixed our problem and gave some good advice on keeping that way. Thanks again Jim Wagner plumbing.

This was a huge project - replacing my 90 year old clay pipe sanitary line from inside the house to the outside. It took a little time to get scheduled due to the permitting in my town. We did get delayed by 1 day primarily due to the weather, but JWP communicated well with me to keep me advised. We started the next day! These guys were professional, neat (as one can be doing an underground plumbing project), and thoughtful throughout the project. Also, I'm a construction professional myself and so I don't hand out these positive comments on a whim. These guys truly did an excellent job and I'm very happy with the work. Shout out to the 5 guys that worked at my house in May 2022!!!
