End of the day and everyone just wanted to go home including myself when I was told that 1 of our toilet is plugged w/ water overflowing. We are in Addison and I was told Jason was coming from Tinley Park. It is 3:30 pm - rush hour. But he made it to our clinic. He was very professional and explained to me what was going on with our toilet and plugged drain. I have to say I learned a few things about drains. Thanks Jason!!!
