Thank you for the same day service. Appreciate the price and breakdown before work started. Jason was knowledgeable and I trusted what he said. |He understood my budget and he worked within it. My call was due to delivery of washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. I needed him for the dishwasher. He was able to complete the dishwasher plumbing work so the installer could install while still on my premises. What I really appreciate is he checked water line going into the washing machine and snugged it up. That simple concern and action made me a continuing customer

We had a clog that caused our sink to overflow. We called Jim Wagner and they had Jason out on Saturday night to fix it. Jason was a good communicator, cleaned up after he finished and fixed our problem. We would use Jim Wagner again!

We called Jim Wagner for emergency service on a Sunday. Jason did a great job of walking through the process before starting work and explaining that based upon what he found the scope of work might change. He was on time, courteous, professional, clearly an expert, fixed our problem 100% in short order, and cleaned up after the job was done. Recommend and would use Jason again.

Good service but too expensive

I paid over $400 to have a kitchen sink drain rodded out. That included about $100 for ““ emergency service.” I was supposed to be moved to the top of the list for that fee, but as it turns out, the service man took almost 2 1/2 hours to get to me. I was very disappointing with that part and of course the total charges for the service I doubt I would ever call them again.
