Correctly repaired. Arrived on time. Mr. Owens himself deserves a 4 1/2-star rating -- and the half-point deduction only because he tried to sell me on a new w/c.
The overall 3-star rating due to Jim Wagner administrative support (based on my simple courtesy call to provide an alternative phone number), Jim Wagner employee originally scheduled for this work (e.g. [Phone] calling after 4:00 PM despite promising to call at 10:00 AM) and the pricing -- over $170 for 20 minutes work and one gasket.
