In addition to great deals on workmanship and products, we have a great list of warranties available. In fact, for all products we feature a one-year minimum warranty, which can increase depending on the product. If we come to your doorstep to unclog your plumbing, it is guaranteed to remain that way for a full year. Our sewer line replacements are good for five years, and a full re-piping or your home lasts for 20 years. It is part of our policy of guaranteed satisfaction for all of our work. Professional Plumbing Repair by Experienced, Caring Plumber

From my initial phone call to the completed repair, I felt that I had made the right choice by calling Jim Wagner Plumbing. I was promised and received a phone call within a few minutes from Greg, the professional that would be repairing my plumbing problem, which, by the way, was not an emergency. After a brief discussion of the problem with Greg, I was given instructions that were of a precautionary nature to give us some piece of mind until he was able to perform the repair. We had agreed upon an appointment between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM the following morning. Greg called us several times to let us know about his early morning progress and when he thought that he would be at our house. He was actually a couple of minutes early and got right to work on assessing the best way to make the repair. He spelled out what the repair required, how he was going to accomplish it and what the cost would be. Very reasonable, by the way. We didn't have to sell the farm. In a short time he had the parts he needed, the repair was made and he had everything cleaned up. Again, very professional. Before Greg left, he gave me some great tips on avoiding some future problems and suggestions on some minor plumbing changes. All of which meant great sense. By the way, my wife is working on a short list of repairs that I have been avoiding that she insist we should turn over to Jim Wagner Plumbing. She's right and I will. Gets me off of the hook!
